1. Where does CARE take place?
Care is a hybrid conference. The in-person event takes place in Warsaw, Poland (Venue address: Browarna 8, 00-312 Warszawa) but you can also join online via our app. Detailed access information will be sent to all registered attendees before the event.

2. Where can I watch CARE presentations from past years?
All our CARE presentations are online on our YouTube channel. Subscribe to always be notified when new videos are posted.

3. How can I buy a ticket?
When the ticket sales start, you will be able to purchase it here.

4. Can I attend online? 
Yes, there is an option to attend online — simply choose an online ticket when registering. 

Please mind that online attendance is limited to Friday and Saturday only and does not cover meetups and workshops due to their interactive format. Online participants will have access to all streamed talks and panels, as well as networking features within the app, including the possibility to schedule one-on-one meetings with other attendees.

5. Can I bring a dog to the conference?
Sorry, unfortunately the conference venue does not allow dogs.

6. What is included in the ticket?
The in-person ticket covers:

  • Participation in all four days of the conference, including the networking day on Sunday (held at a different venue)
  • Fully vegan meals and snacks provided during the conference days
  • Access to afterparties (food and drinks at afterparties are purchased individually by participants)
  • Access to the conference app with networking features
  • Access to talk recordings after the event

The online ticket covers:

  • Access to the conference platform with networking features
  • Access to all streamed talks and panels
    Access to talk recordings after the event

8. How does networking work at CARE?
Networking is one of the most important aspects of the conference. We try to make it easy to network during the breaks, lunch time and dedicated sessions like speed meetings. We highly encourage using the app to schedule one-on-one meetings. Make sure you complete your app profile in advance to increase meaningful connections.

9. Will sessions be recorded?
We record and stream all the panels and talks, unless there is a request from a speaker not to. Workshops and meetups are usually not recorded due to their interactive format.

10. Is travel support available?
Yes, we offer limited support prioritizing advocates with limited budget and from neglected regions. Read more about the criteria and the process here.
